Women's Spiritual Exercises
The Spiritual Exercises are a compilation of meditations, prayers, and contemplative practices according to a specific dynamic developed by St. Ignatius Loyola to help people deepen their relationship with God. This is a silent retreat led by a retreat director and with guided prayer. The purpose of spiritual exercises is to travel the distance between the head and the heart toward a profound encounter with God and growing closeness with him, a conversion of heart, a space for discernment and an orienting one’s life towards the Lord and the personal mission he has for us. It is a recommended annual spiritual practice for Regnum Christi lay members as a privileged means of growing in our personal relationship with Our Lord and as a school of prayer and spiritual progress. This retreat is open to all who would like to have this experience. The retreats are guided by Legionaries of Christ priests, Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, and Regnum Christi lay spiritual directors. There is also the option for individually guided retreats.
New Orleans Marriage Retreat
Catholic retreat directed by Legionaires of Christ and Regnum Christi. Included in the weekend are daily Mass, directed meditations, spiritual guidance, Sacrament of Reconciliation, practical talks and Eucharistic Adoration.
Regnum Christi Women's Renewal Retreat
A Regnum Christi Renewal Retreat (Triduum of Renewal) is a silent retreat with guided prayer themes to deepen in the vocation of a Regnum Christi member, the charism and mission, the spirituality, and way of living out the Baptismal call according to the Regnum Christi charism. This retreat is for members only. It is a recommended annual spiritual practice for a Regnum Christi member to do a silent retreat, either spiritual exercises or a RC renewal retreat (Rule of Life 5). It is a privileged means of growing in our personal relationship with our Lord and a greater identification with the vocation he has called us to. The retreats are guided by Legionaries of Christ priests, Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, and other Regnum Christi Formators. There is also the option for individually guided retreats.

Apostolate Fair Information Sharing
For those of you unable to attend during the day, the summaries of each session will be available in the evening at 6:30pm so that anyone who comes in the evening can learn about what was presented during the day.
New Orleans & Northshore Apostolate Fair
At our next morning of reflection we will have a little bit different format. We will be having an Apostolate Fair in conjunction with the North Shore section of RC here at our RC Center. You can attend any one of the sessions on Marriage and Family, Youth work, Young Adults, Young Moms, Parish Life and Vocations. Each session will include women from both sections to discuss what apostolates they are doing in each of the sections and sharing information and best practices so that we can learn from each other.
